They are collecting kitchen essentials (pots and pans) in good condition, household cleaning supplies, ladies unused bags, non perishable foods and books. There are boxes in the basement where the supplies can be dropped off. Please check with MMVS members for more information.

MGOCSM Sandwich Sale – Next Sunday, the youth will be selling sandwiches to raise funds to support the MGOCSM Martura camp and our parish. All church members are requested to participate to make this venture a success and youth members are requested to come to the church on Saturday, June 1st at 4pm to help prepare the sandwiches.

MMVS Annual Conf – will be held on Oct. 12th, 2019 in Philadelphia. All who are interested are requested to reach out to the MMVS members to register for the conference. The cost of transport to the conference will be subsidized this year, for more details please reach out to MMVS members.

The goal of this event is to provide support and resources to children in making decisions about their careers and inspiring them to pursue their dreams. There will be many of our own successful children who will represent a wide range of professions at the event.

It is an incredible privilege to have such a distinguished resource person. Registration fee is $375. MGOCSM Meeting– There will be an MGOCSM meeting next Sunday, May 5th at the church at 4 PM. The basketball tournament meeting will follow immediately afterward. All youth members are encouraged to attend both meetings.
FOCUS Seminar – our parish is hosting a one-day seminar on Kind & Careful Online Communication for Parents. The seminar will be held next Saturday, May 4th, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at our parish hall.
CPK Fundraiser– There will be a fundraiser for our parish at the California Pizza Kitchen in Westbury this Friday, April 26th. 20% of the profits from all dine-in and take-out sales that day will be donated back to our parish once you show them our flyer. There are copies of the flyer in the back and on the church website. Kindly share this flyer with co-workers, family, and friends to help make the event a success. FOCUS and youth members are also encouraged to join for a fellowship dinner at the restaurant at 7 pm.

Holy Week Donation – All members are kindly requested to make a donation of $100 to help meet the expenses for Holy Week. Kindly give your donation to the Treasurer as soon as possible.

MMVS Announcements – MMVS would like to thank everyone who supported our fundraising project the six sponsors, our star supporters who cooked authentic and delicious food, people who donated, men and women who physically helped us. We especially thank Ansu Thomas, Valsa Abraham, Mibi Abraham, T.A. Thomas, Alex Pattarethu, Arun Joseph, John Joseph, Samuel P. Mathai, Stephen Thomas for their relentless help in cooking kanji every Sunday. The MMVS raised $3600 dollars, and it was truly a blessing to see everyone come together to support MMVS. Mrs. Usha Alex and Mrs. Sandhya Stephen would like to personally thank each one of you that brought a smile during our fundraising fellowship.
