1. Roller Skating Event- Join our Focus/MGOCSM at United Skates of America in Seaford on Sunday, Jan. 12th from 3-5:30pm for a roller-skating fellowship event. All are welcome! The charge to skate is $13 and for those who would like to attend but not skate is $8. Please contact Ms. Sini Jablonski for information about this event. 
2. General Body Meeting – There will be a General Body meeting held on Sunday, Jan. 12th, after Holy Qurbana. It will be to provide an update on the mortgage agreement. All members are requested to attend.

Council of Indian Orthodox Churches Combined Christmas & New Years Program – will be held on Jan. 5th at Glen Oaks HS at 4pm. All members are requested to attend.

1. Baby Boy – Drs. Joel & Fateema Abraham were blessed with a baby boy, Aydhin Abraham, this week. Please keep the baby and the family in your prayers.
2. MGOCSM Meeting– The last MGOCSM meeting of this year will be held at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Vinod Abraham today at 4 pm. All youth members are kindly requested to attend and bring their Qurbana kramam.

   1. Christmas Eve – Evening Prayer will begin at 6:30PM.  
   2. Christmas Day – Service will begin at 7AM. 
4. 2019 Talent Show – The date for annual talent show is December 29^th at 3pm.  The Talent Show is open to all parishioners who are interested in participating. If you would like to show your talents, please reach out coordinators Mrs. Rani Paul and Mrs. Sumini Thomas. The deadline for submitting programs is today. Those who need a track or other arrangements please email Mrs. Rani Paul at your earliest. The email will be posted on the website (ranikj76@yahoo.com).

1. Christmas Caroling – we are finished with the Christmas Caroling for 2019!! We wanted to thank all the participants of Christmas Caroling (carolers, drummers, instrument players, Santa), and most importantly all the people that welcomed us into their homes. 2. Feast of Martyrdom of St. Thomas – will be celebrated next Saturday, Dec. 21st. Holy Qurbana will start at 8AM. All members are kindly requested to attend.
3. Altar Server’s Meeting- There will be a meeting for all Altar Servers on Saturday, December 21st at 3:30pm at our church. All Altar Servers are kindly requested to attend.
4. Sunday School – On Sunday, December 22nd, we will be celebrating all December birthdays for Sunday School children.

1. Christmas Caroling – Next Saturday 12/14 will be the last day of Christmas Caroling. We will meet at the home of Mr. Abraham K. Yohannan & Mrs. Rosemary Yohannan at 8:30AM and the vans will leave from there by 8:45AM.
2. FYC 2020 – will take place from July 15 to July 18th at the Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.  Please see the flyer below for more details.
3. FOCUS Meeting – the next FOCUS Meeting will take place on Friday, Dec 13th at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Alex Abraham at 6pm.

1. Orma of H.G. Mathews Mar Barnabas – will be celebrated next Sunday, Dec 8th. We will be serving lunch in his memorial, if anyone would like to donate towards lunch please see the Treasurer.
2. Christmas Caroling – we will be starting Christmas Caroling next Saturday, 12/7.  We will meet at the home of Mr. Abraham K. Yohannan & Mrs. Rosemary Yohannan at 8:30AM and the bus will leave at 8:45AM.  The first home we visit will be Valiya Achen’s house. All carolers are asked to arrive promptly to leave with the bus.

1. Passing of Mrs. Santhamma Korah – the sister-in-law of Mr. George Mathew on Friday in India.  The funeral will be taking place next week at St. Thomas Church, Chennai.  Please keep the bereaved family in your prayers.
2. Monthly Committee Meeting – there is a monthly scheduled Committee Meeting next Sunday, Dec. 1st. 
3. Thanksgiving Potluck – The annual youth and FOCUS Thanksgiving potluck will be held this Friday November 29th, 6:30 pm at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Sini Jablonski. Please refer to the sign up sheet posted on GroupMe and sign up as soon as possible. 
4. MGOCSM Annual Thanksgiving Conference – The MGOCSM of the NE American Diocese will be holding its one day conference next Saturday, Nov. 30th at St. Stephen’s Orthodox Church of Midland Park, NJ from 8:30AM to 5PM. The main speaker for the conference will Dn. Alexander (Pradeep) Hatcher.  MGOCSM members please see the website for more details on how you can register.
5. MGOCSM Missions Raffle- As announced previously, the MGOCSM is selling raffle tickets for $10  to fundraise for the missions trip. Today is the last day to purchase tickets, so kindly see Ms. Ruth Abraham or Mr. Swagath Thomas to purchase one and support the missions trip today. 
6. MGOCSM Meeting – There will be a youth meeting next Sunday, December 1st, 4 pm, at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Vinod Abraham. All MGOCSM members are requested to attend. 

1. Christmas Caroling Practice – we will be having our second Christmas Caroling practice on Nov. 16th after Evening Prayer.  All members are requested to participate.
2. MGOCSM Elections– The MGOCSM elections will be held on Sunday November 17th immediately after service on the balcony. All youth members are requested to attend, especially if they are interested in serving on the committee next year. 
3. Children’s Movie Night– The FOCUS and youth will be hosting a holiday movie night for the children on Saturday November 16th at 3:30 pm. All young children and youth are encouraged to participate! Please see Mrs. Sini Jablonski or Ms. Angel Sunny for more information. 
4. Thanksgiving Potluck– The annual youth and FOCUS Thanksgiving potluck will be held on Friday November 29th, 6:30 pm at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Sini Jablonski.

6. Sunday School Announcements:
   1. Sunday, November 17th – We will be celebrating all November birthdays following class that day.
   2. Sunday, November 24th – In lieu of regular classes, there will be a “Sunday School Crafts Day,” for all the Sunday School children. All Sunday School children are requested to be present.
